Capital Sourcing for Managers

We use our extensive network of institutional investors, separate to those we advise on the buy-side, to help managers source capital for unlisted property vehicles, joint ventures and direct co-investments.  We help prepare managers with their approach to institutional, endowment and family office investors, from presentation critques to reviewing requests for proposals.  We also arrange road shows and follow-up with the investors during the funding process.
